Shipping: We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, with some items shipping same or next day from inventory, while others may require 2-4 weeks due to their handcrafted nature. Quality takes time, and we appreciate your patience.

Tracking Numbers: Upon placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation via email. Once your order ships, another email containing your tracking number will follow.

 

Shipping Responsibility: Please note, once your package is shipped, any issues with USPS/UPS deliveries must be addressed directly with them as we are not a shipping carrier. If a package is lost, USPS/UPS is responsible for claims and locating it.

 

If a package is returned to us (Lytics) due to non-acceptance, you will be responsible for reshipping fees with your chosen courier.

 

International and Domestic Shipping: Shipping costs are based on weight. International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes.
